围绕钢铁工业碳中和对高性能钢铁材料发展的迫切需求，聚焦具备更高效能、更高强度、更高寿命的先进钢铁材料的低碳制备新工艺、强塑性新机理、应用与评价新技术。

Based on the urgent requirement of achieving carbon neutrality in steel industry for developing high performance steel material, we mainly focus on the advanced steels with higher efficiency, higher strength and higher service life, including novel low-carbon manufacture process, new strength-ductility mechanism, and new application and evaluation technology, etc.
