D27-二维材料与器件(Two-dimensional Materials and Devices)


新型二维材料的可控制备、物性调控;基于二维材料的功能器件及其在集成电路中的应用等,包括(但不限于)下列方面:

1.新型二维材料的制备与表征;

2.二维材料的基本物性与新颖量子效应;

3.二维材料的理论、计算与模拟;

4.二维材料的功能器件及其在集成电路中的应用。

Controllable synthesis and regulation of physical properties in novel two-dimensional materials; functional devices based on two-dimensional materials and their applications in integrated circuits, encompassing (but not limited to) the following aspects: 

1. synthesis and characterization of emerging two-dimensional materials; 

2. fundamental physical properties and novel quantum phenomena exhibited by two-dimensional materials; 

3. theoretical modeling, calculation, and simulation of two-dimensional materials; 

4. functional devices utilizing two-dimensional materials for integrated circuit applications.
